By empowering children through education and meeting their essential needs, we are helping children overcome poverty and its ramifications.
Yellow Dress Ministries is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in the United States and partnered with Yellow Dress Ministries Honduras to create and maintain a scholarship program for children living in poverty.
Currently Yellow Dress Ministries educates children by supporting their ability to receive education. We began with 20 children, preschool aged, to choose for our scholarship program. This program allows the children to receive an education from excellent, bilingual schools throughout Honduras.
We created our organization on March 9th, 2018 and empowered our trusted board members and directors. Each board member and director were prayerfully chosen to be on our team. They have been the backbone of starting the ministry in the United States and have since been actively organizing and working towards our vision of educating children in Honduras. Our team in the United States works hand-in-hand with the team in Honduras who have been our passionate, reliable "boots on the ground.
