TOGETHER, WE ARE TRANSFORMING HONDURAS, ONE CHILD AT A TIME
Our mission is to provide children with an excellent education, from preschool to twelfth grade. We do this through a scholarship program where we fund education for children in Tegucigalpa & La Ceiba, Honduras. The following is provided through this program:

WHY HONDURAS?
When a child is born into a world of
poverty, they grow up believing that this is the only way of life for them.
Many children are not able to finish school past the 6th grade.
Because public education in Honduras is free only until the 6th grade, many children are unable to finish school. The only children who can continue are those with families who can afford to send them. Without the opportunity of free education, those who live in poverty are left subject to hopeless situations.
This is how poverty infiltrates into the lives of innocent children. Little food and no education become the results. Not only that, but the injustices and destitution in their lives create fear and hopelessness, causing generations of children to remain stuck in the same cycle for years.
We understand how it feels knowing that
many innocent children are victims of an impoverished country. Like you, we are
frustrated by their hopeless positions. We want to change the way these
children view life and help them overcome their circumstances. But we can’t do
it alone. We need your help.

A WORD FROM OUR FOUNDER
Born and raised in
Honduras, I experienced poverty as a child. After living in the U.S.A. for some
time, I went back to visit Honduras. I saw that poverty is still a big problem
today, if not worse than it was. I have vivid memories of seeing a teenage boy
sleeping on the street in the rain.
Many
more children went to bed hungry and were not able to get a good education. I
know these struggles firsthand, and I can no longer stand by when I know I have
the power to act and make a difference. Together, we can provide a better
opportunity for the children of Honduras.
Establish
a nonprofit organization in the United States of America and Honduras.

Interview students and their families at the schools in Tegucigalpa & La Ceiba, and choose which students will be part of the program.

Support children to attend the full school year. We do this through our sponsors & donors.
